Asian Centre Utility Training Academy ( ACUTA )
ACUTA is an independent CENTRE for IEWM, established in 2008 to issue professional certifications relating to underground utility location and damages prevention of utility infrastructure and subsurface utility engineering fields. ACUTA was design as a joint-venture utility academy between UTILITY TRAINING ACADEMY (USA), ASIAN INSTITUTE of MANAGEMENT SCIENCE and INTEGRATED ENVIRO WATER MANAGEMENT SDN.BHD.. ACUTA has Test-Site facilities at IWK Bandar Tun RAzak,and training academy and academy facilities at Selangor and Ipoh,MALAYSIA.

The Vision of ACUTA is to provide valuable Skills solutions to develop the skills of the workforce of the Utility Industry which enable employees to contribute more effectively to future profitability and professionalism of their respective organization which leads to more effective management of utility stake holders in managing their Underground Utility Assets Management.
ACUTA aspires to enable organizations to improve Underground Infrastructure management performance by:
- Attracting all utility locators to become certified,
- Being the preferred choice for Certified Professional Utility Damage Prevention Inspector and Certified Professional Utility Locator’s certification,
- Increasing stakeholder demand for certified CPUDPI and CPUL, and
- Increasing competency of CPUDPI and CPUL
