ACUTA is an independent CENTRE for IEWM, established in 2008 to issue professional certifications relating to underground utility location and damages prevention of utility infrastructure and subsurface utility engineering fields. ACUTA was design as a joint-venture utility academy between UTILITY TRAINING ACADEMY (USA), ASIAN INSTITUTE of MANAGEMENT SCIENCE and INTEGRATED ENVIRO WATER MANAGEMENT SDN.BHD.
